Crispy Panko Shrimp Appetizers

Ingredients:
1 lb Large 12 to 14 count shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup egg beater egg whites
1-1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1 tbsp Lawry's seasoning salt
white pepper
non-fat cooking spray
Instructions:
- Combine shrimp and cornstarch in a plastic bag; seal and shake to
coat. - In a medium bowl whisk egg beater whites until foamy.
- In
another medium bowl combine crumbs, Lawry's and white pepper. - Dip
shrimp in egg whites; dredge in crumb mixture. - Place shrimp on a
baking sheet coated with non-fat cooking spray; lightly spray shrimp
with non-fat spray. - Preheat broiler.
- Broil 6 minutes or until shrimp
are done, turning once halfway through cooking time.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
