Balsamic Dijon Chicken

Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
30-ounces of chicken breast
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine vinegar, mustard, olive oil, black pepper, and garlic; stir well.
- Add chicken and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Place chicken in baking pan and pour marinade over chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
