Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Olives

Ingredients: 

6 oz fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 oz dry pasta such as angel hair or fusilli
ΒΌ cup pimento, diced (one 2 oz jar)
5 each black ripe California olives
2 tbsp cooking sherry
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
2 each garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp capers, drained
1 tsp tomato paste
salt and pepper

Instructions: 
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and keep warm.
  2. In medium skillet combine sherry, orange juice, pimento, olives, parsley,
    garlic, capers, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 2-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from
    heat.
  4. Add pasta to skillet and toss blending all ingredients.

Serve immediately.
